Knowing that capacity, quality and speed are extremely vital to business customers; VinaKom uses a 100% digital fiber optic network with state-of-the-art-switching platforms to ensure maximum reliability and capacity.

Originating traffic in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, this network operates as an “open network”. Any individual within VinaKom’s originating service area whose LEC provides equal access can access VinaKom’s long distance network by either dialing VinaKom CIC codes or by pre-subscribing to VinaKom as its long-distance service provider. VinaKom’s network provides high quality, reliable transmission, and switching. Network surveillance capabilities, including self-diagnostic software, generally enable VinaKom to anticipate and correct problems before they result in service interruption.

VinaKom Digital PRI

Overview

VinaKom Primary Rate ISDN (PRI) service uses the public telephone network to carry an all-digital signal that can satisfy your company’s high-volume voice and data communications needs in the most efficient, flexible way possible.

PRI service boasts:

• 23 channels available to support voice, data, and video services that can be easily combined or re-allocated for greater flexibility
• A 24th channel to support signaling between your equipment and the VinaKom network

VinaKom Long-Distance Dedicated Access

This service enables access to the VinaKom network through dedicated high-capacity links (long-distance T1s). Providing termination to over 240 international destinations, VinaKom Long-Distance Dedicated Access is an ideal solution for global telecommunications needs. VinaKom’s competitive rates will enable you to maximize the value of your telecommunications expenditures.

VinaKom Long-Distance Dedicated Access features industry competitive international rate structures, basic fraud profiles, account codes (verified, non-verified and customized), directory assistance, collect calling, 24×7 customer service, monthly direct remit invoicing, call management reports, billing on CD-ROM or on a paper invoice, and turnkey provisioning. Global Compliance, a service that protects telemarketers from breaking state and federal “do not call” regulations is also available to Dedicated Access customers.

With VinaKom Long-Distance Dedicated Access traffic is transmitted on a 100% digital network based on leading-edge technology and service platforms. All facilities are provided and maintained to the relevant International Telephone Union-Telecommunications (ITU-T) recommendations and other globally recognized standards. VinaKom and its partners operate an international network which consists of more than 12,000 cable circuits and over 7,000 direct satellite circuits to some 275 carriers worldwide. The US network consists of interconnections to every major LEC, with SS7 signaling deployed where available. Major switching nodes are located throughout the US (Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, Chattanooga, Ft. Lauderdale, Chicago, Cleveland, Washington, Boston, New York City, and in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Frankfurt and Paris). In order to ensure quality, predominately cable facilities are used and the switching nodes are equipped with echo cancellers.

To satisfy end-user requirements for greater network diversity, the network offers the option of allocating digital communications capacity among two or more different routes, where available.

Therefore, customers have the choice of dividing the total digital capacity to a destination between two or more different cable routes.
